BatteryPlus Co., Ltd., a Tokyo-based energy solutions company, has officially announced the establishment of Shinenergy Japan Co., Ltd. on June 6, 2025, in collaboration with China’s leading transformer and power electronics manufacturer, Shinenergy (申能源科技).
